Re-design of the online login experience across desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile. Previously, the experience felt a little clunky, out of date and not so user friendly. The challenge was to reinvigorate a loyal customer community by improving the user experience both visually and intuitively. Visually, this was achieved by decluttering each page using plenty of breathing room, pleasing typography (for all ages) and a more subtle approach to colour, whilst maintaining the safe and familiar feeling of Santander’s corporate brand. The user experience was further enhanced by reducing the amount of time and clicks necessary for users to intuitively achieve their goals.
